I’ve been meaning to visit the Geffrye Museum for a while and what better time than a rainy Sunday! It’s conveniently located pretty much next door to Hoxton Station (on the overground) too. The museum takes you on a journey through different rooms replicating homes in London over the past 400 years. You can find out how homes were used for different purposes and take a look at how much the furniture/decor has changed over the years. I loved reading about the history of family homes in London and it makes you wonder how we’ll be living in another 400 years!
Oh and did I mention it’s also free to get in?
